REFUND POLICY
I accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. To start a return, you can contact me info@mezs.ca. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact me for any return question at info@mezs.ca. Please note that I cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
RefundsI will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).Free worldwide shipping for all orders via USPS/Canada post with 2 items or more.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. I am not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
